    Geelong City Night Market - Official launch of Tastes of Greater Geelong 2026
    Tastes of Greater Geelong 2026 launches in Little Malop Street at the Geelong City Night Market delivering a winter hawker-style market you won't want to miss. Discover curated local producers, warming drinks, fire, marshmallows, live music and roving entertainment. Free.

    From Soil to Sweet With Darren Purchese & Cath Claringbold
    Discover how to transform fresh, local seasonal produce into an indulgent and yet healthy dessert, assisted by chefs and Tastes of Greater Geelong Ambassadors,  Darren Purchese & Cath Claringbold, in a hands-on workshop at Farm My School. $50 concession, $67 adults.

    Local Heroes Degustation Dinner
    Put your money where your mouth is regarding regional tourism. Attend the Local Heroes five-course degustation dinner at Jack Rabbit Vineyard Restaurant (with the option to have each dish matched with wines) as you hear from Head Chef Cal Crigan and Jack Rabbit winemaker Nyall Condon about how its locals support locals, one bite at a time. $125 or $160 with matched wines.

    Make Ghee & Butter Workshop
    There's not many tasty recipes that don't include butter so why not discover how to craft your own with local artisans butter makers, Lard Ass Butter and customise it with a selection of herbs and spices. Take home your handmade butter and ghee and a whole new appreciation for the magic of dairy. 10 participants only. $110.

    A Curated Evening: Oakdene Masterclass, Three-Course Dinner and After Hours at Geelong Gallery
    Start your evening at the Geelong's newest and largest hotel, Crowne Plaza with a masterclass and a three-course French-inspired dinner, expertly paired with matching Oakdene wines. Then you'll visit Geelong Gallery gaining exclusive after-hours access to see the exhibition, Discovering the Impressionists: Paul Durand Ruel, Art Dealer Among the Artists. $198.

    Winter Wonderland Extravaganza
    Don't miss the family-friendly entertainment which includes roving performers, a petting zoo and a bouncy castle at Little Creatures Brewery. Warm up with seasonal favourites, including mulled cider, boozy hot chocolate, spiked coffee or even mead. There's a Winter Wonderland Twilight Market, showcasing a curated lineup of makers and sellers from across the local region, featuring 60 stalls. The event also runs 11am-5pm, Sunday 5 July.     Paella, Pinot & Piano At Oneday Estate Winery
    Warm up in a relaxed, flavour-packed afternoon featuring flavoursome paella, complimentary tastings of Oneday Pinot of current and back vintages, and live music from The Oneday Piano Man. Warm yourself by the open fires, sip, taste, and unwind. $35.

    Grain to Glass: After Dark
    Farm Dog Brewing will take you on an immersive whisky experience that goes beyond the glass to discover how grain becomes spirit as you learn about their brewing process on the Bellarine Peninsula, distillation, barrel ageing and bottling. Explore three tastings, uncover the craft, techniques and flavour profiles behind every batch. The evening includes an exclusive tasting of Batch 002, their newest release. $45.

    Paint & Sip
    Splash out your inner artist at Leura Park Estate where you'll enjoy an evening of art, wine, canapes and cheese! Artisans of Australia will give you personalised instruction on creating your own canvas masterpiece to take home. Enjoy premium wine tastings and delicious canapes to fuel your creativity. $90.

    Christmas In July High Tea
    17by4 is hosting a festive Yuletide celebration, with a Christmas-themed high tea, along with themed cocktails and desserts available all day. Look forward to warm mulled wine, pavlovas, trifle, turkey and Christmas ham. Dress up in your favourite Christmas jumpers, enjoy cheerful Christmas music, and even exchange gifts with your loved ones. $25 for children under 12, $65 for adults.

    Claribeaux Bastille Dinner
    Celebrate France's national holiday in true Parisien style with a luxurious three-course feast at Claribeaux, the restaurant at Curlewis Golf Club. Choose from three entrées, four main course and 3 dessert dishes. Enjoy the optional Chariot de Fromage and live piano accordion for authentic French ambience. $95 (additional fee for Chariot du Fromage cheese selection).

    Toe The Line
    Pull on your favourite cowboy boots and line up for a night of boot-scootin', hearty Texan food and bubbles from the Flying Brick Cider House and Yes Said the Seal. Have fun with a 90-minute dance class with bubbles on arrival followed by a family style Texan BBQ feast. $49.

    Epic Harvest Feast - First Nations Fire, Flavour & Fermentation
    Experience a one-night-only event which immerses you in Indigenous flavours, fire and storytelling. You will be guided through a curated tasting journey of fire, fermentation and flavour, moving through a series of immersive moments before transitioning into an intimate, story-led dining experience. Hosted by June O’Brien from Epic Taste Experiences, it is a powerful collaboration uniting Kitjarra Wurrun-Ngeen, The Gordon, the Davidson Culinary Collective, First Nations knowledge and storytelling, and local artisan producers and makers. $135.

    The Winemaker's Table: The Art of Wine and Dining
    Limited to just 50 guests, this is an exclusive, one-night-only dining event at Scotchmans Hill, hosted by Chief Winemaker Robin Brockett who will share his insights, stories and philosophy behind each wine, paired with five dishes created by Head Chef Hamish Hames. $165.

    Velvet & Vice, Indulgence Meets The Underworld at Geelong Gaol
    Travel back in time to the historic Geelong Gaol, transformed into a lavish speakeasy, where, beneath the 19th-century cell blocks, you'll enjoy a culinary journey showcasing the region’s finest producers, aided and abetted by roaming canapés and flowing cocktails, wines, and spirits from Geelong’s leading makers. Dress in your best 20s style. $199 early bird until 1 July, then $249 per person.
