Come to Campania Regional Italian Lunch 2 March 2024

Enjoy a memorable culinary journey for your tastebuds in Canberra at Deco Hotel Canberra's Italian restaurant, Two14.

On Saturday 2 March 2024, talented head chef Federico Pitasi will feature authentic ingredients from Italy's southern Campania region, with the option to pair them with Campania wine.

Start with your choice of either eggplant mixed with tomato sugo, basil and buffalo mozzarell or freshly steamed mussels topped with black pepper and lemon.

The main dishes comprises pasta with a squeeze of lemon, Caprese salad, and red snapper cooked with garlic, vine cherry tomatoes and olive oil while dessert choices are either choux pastry topped with custard cream and red cherries or limoncello served with Italian biscuits.

The lunch is from 12.30-2.30pm.
