Yarrh Wines Almost Winter Solstice Bonfire 18 May 2024

Back for its 17th year is the Canberra District region's signature bonfire event.

Held at Yarrh Wines in Murrumbateman NSW this year the event starts a month earlier than the actual shortest day of the year, on 18 May 2024.

The Almost Winter Solstice Bonfire experience starts in the afternoon at 3.30pm with tastings and sales from back vintages, canapes from 7pm and fun around the crackling warmth of the annual bonfire. 50% of all proceeds of wine sales and tickets will go to the local Yass River-Nanima Rural Fire Brigade who keep their community safe.
