The SummerVines Festival from 16-26 January 2026 in the McLaren Vale wine region, offers a diverse lineup of events celebrating the area's wine, food, and coastal lifestyle. Here’s some events you can look forward to:
Cin Cin Italia at Haselgrove
Sip your way Italian style, trying in turn, Prosecco, Fiano, Sangiovese and Montepulciano, then enjoy a glass of it with a hand-stretched pizza with your friend or partner. Pricing is for two people.

Taranga Terroir Tour at Oliver's Taranga
Explore the vineyards on a personalised tour with 'Ollie' the Golf Buggy, learning about the terroir of Oliver’s Taranga plus enjoy a complimentary premium tasting of Oliver's Taranga's best wines alongside some canapes.

Bob Marley & Friends Reggaefest at Paxton Wines
Chill out to the sounds of Bob Marley, The Wailers, and UB40 as played by Joe Amputch & Friends, with biodynamic Paxton Wines, local beers, cocktails, and 23rd Street Distillery spirits. Choose wood-fired pizzas, grazing boards or gelato.

Ox Hardy Vineyard Sunset Tour & Tasting
Take a walk through history with fifth-generation winemaker Andrew (Ox) Hardy through his family's historic vineyard and winery ruins, followed by a sunset tasting of their 2024 Fiano, Chardonnay, Grenache, 2023 Shiraz, 2021 Ancestor Vines Shiraz and its 2015 Museum Release vintage.

Sunset At Gemtree
Certified organic and sustainable winery, Gemtree Winery is extending its wine tasting times in its cellar door, pairing wines with live music, creamy burrata cheese, freshly grown tomatoes and crusty bread. Free but bookings required.

Tasting Italy
Join Primo Estate Wines for a matched Italian wine tasting experience, sipping a flight of Italian varieties matched with savoury treats of cheese, artisanal salami and olives.
