    Friday 21 November

    10am–4pm

    Cape Mentelle Cabernet Tasting: A rare blind tasting for serious Cabernet lovers. Taste Cape Mentelle’s finest vintages side-by-side with other great cabernet labels, matched with a multi-course long lunch created and prepared by Tiller Dining. It’s exclusive, intimate, and worth every drop. $750

    12.30pm–4pm

    Fraser Gallop Estate Long Lunch: A long, bubbly lunch on the grounds of Gallop House, where elegance meets indulgence. Begin with canapés and a glass in hand before settling in for a three-course menu, perfectly paired with Fraser Gallop Estate’s Parterre and Palladian wines, and the kind of conversation that makes you forget time exists. $390

    Vasse Felix x Odette: Singapore’s Michelin-starred Odette meets Margaret River’s original wine trailblazer. An exclusive wine dinner, shining the spotlight on local ingredients through Odette’s modern French cuisine. Expect refined artistry on every plate, live music and canapés, and Vasse Felix’s finest pours. $385

    Metricup's Fireside Feast @Beerfarm: A roving-style dinner featuring smoky meats, open flames, craft beer, rich desserts, and bold regional flavours. From Beerfarm's grain and grass-fed Beef, to Churchview's dam caught marron, each dish tells a story of the land it came from. $105

    New Wave Gathering: Skigh Wine hosts a laid-back evening of small-batch pours and inventive blends. Come discover the next generation of Margaret River winemakers, featuring 8+ wine stalls you can taste your way through and the Pair’d Snack Bar serving mouthwatering bites and Street-style eats that keep the flavours rolling between sips. $35

     

    Saturday 22 November

    1–5pm

    Hooray for Gamay: A whole afternoon devoted to Gamay’s juicy charm. Be among the first to sip Willespie Estate’s new chilled red Gamay and Gamay Rosé while Chef Melissa Palinkas of Young George (East Fremantle) brings the flavour, with house-made charcuterie and canapés designed to satisfy and surprise. $125

    5.30pm–10pm

    Night Hawker: An open-air feast of street food, spice, and bold Asian flavours by three masters of modern Asian cuisine. Enjoy menu offerings from smoky skewers to handmade dumplings and punchy Asian bites, washed down with local wines and craft brews. Come experience the buzzing night market atmosphere —all soundtracked by back-to-back live DJ. $167

    Local Legends -The Closing Feast: The finale bash for locals and lovers alike. Join host chef Brendan Pratt as he brings together a crew of culinary friends for one last blowout, each serving a signature dish full of local flavour with exceptional pairings —Margaret River’s version of a Sunday session done right. $20
